Bhai, Aambesten Twin Celestial ka investor ratio toh sach mein high sunne mein aaya hai. Aur RERA applicable nahi hai, yeh bhi ek red flag hai mere liye. Possession date toh 2022 thi, par occupancy kitni hai, that's the real question. Nervous ho raha hoon sunke.
