Honestly, I'm feeling a bit misled about Aaradhyam Janhit Awas Yojna. Kids have moved out, so we sold our big house, thought this completed project would be easy living. But the amenities shown in the brochure are not what's actually delivered. Pool toh bas naam ka hai, security bhi aisi waisi. And the maintenance charges they're asking for? It's way more than what was discussed earlier. Is this common for affordable homes projects? What did others do?

This is a very common issue, unfortunately. My neighbour bought in a similar 'affordable' project in Ajayabpur and the gym equipment was substandard, and the community hall was never completed. The RERA number UPRERAPRJ6753 confirms this project is Aaradhyam Janhit Awas Yojna Affordaval Homes. Possession was given in November 2019, so it's quite old now. With 270 units, you'd think they'd have completed everything by now. It's a clear case of false advertising.
Exactly! The same happened with a project near Alistonia Estate. They showed a grand clubhouse in the renders, but after moving in, it was just a small room with a few chairs. The builder said 'cost-cutting'. It's very frustrating.

Totally agree. Brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain, reality mein kuch aur. Aaradhyam Janhit Awas ka RERA number toh UPRERAPRJ6753 hai na? Kya RERA mein complaint file ki ja sakti hai aise cases mein? Mera cousin bhi Noida Ext. mein ek project dekh raha hai, wahan bhi amenities ka bahut hype hai.
Yes, RERA is the way. But the process is long and tiring. Many first-time buyers like us don't have the time or energy to pursue it fully. This is why builders get away with it.
Haan bhai, RERA mein complain kar sakte ho. Builders aksar amenities ka promise karte hain jo deliver nahi karte, especially in the affordable segment. Main toh bolta hoon ki jab tak physical verification na ho, kisi bhi cheez pe bharosa mat karo. My uncle faced something similar in Alpha I Greater Noida, pool area was just a muddy pit for months after possession.
