My loan pre-approved for Aarambh Residency, but now final payment ke time kuch unexpected charges saamne aa rahe hain. Builder ne pehle toh yeh sab clear nahi kiya tha. Maintenance advance aur electrification charges kaafi high lag rahe hain. Is it normal ya mujhe overcharge kar rahe hain? Kisi aur ko bhi Aarambh Residency mein aise hidden costs face hue hain?
