Did a site visit to Aarcity Moon Towers last week. Society completed hai, looks decent. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself, toh thoda extra cautious hoon. Iska rental yield ka kya scene hai, guys? Anyone actually getting good returns there? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai? Koi exit strategy ke liye views?
