Totally agree with U1. Aarcity ka track record toh waise bhi theek nahi hai. My cousin booked a flat with them near Alpha I Greater Noida kuch saal pehle, aur abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Bahut delays karte hain yeh log. ₹65 L for an upcoming project with 104 units and a 2021 possession date sounds like a red flag to me, especially when it's already 2024.
Haan, woh Aarcity Green Residency tha. They promised 2019 possession, but it's still stuck. Builder ne RERA extension bhi le liya hai. So, for Sky Villas, with a Dec 2021 possession date already passed, I'd be very cautious.
