Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Aashi Modern Apartment 2. Kids ke school, safety ke liye kaisa hai? Amenities ka maintenance, neighborhood mein market-schools paas hain kya? Daily life experience batao please.
Aashi Modern Apartment 2 is closer to my budget, resale of existing property se. But Realty Buzz Sarthak Homes mein, even though it's thoda more expensive, everyone says the society is better managed. Kids have moved out, so I want something manageable. Aashi mein, maintenance charges kya hai? Sarthak Homes mein I heard it's high, but worth it. Not sure. Change my mind!
Rajat Vihar is ready to move, but Aashi Modern is cheaper. Is the lower price worth the under-construction risk? Anyone have experience with Aashi's build quality? ROI matters most tbh.
Just moved into Aashi Modern Apartment 2 last month. Possession was smooth, but carpet area is less than advertised. Soni Hardik Tower, I heard, gives more usable space. Anyone living there can confirm? Also, maintenance charges here are surprisingly high! Matlab, itna toh expected nahi tha. Is it worth paying extra for the slightly better location compared to Soni Hardik? I'm thinking of investment potential long term. Any thoughts?
Aashi Modern Apartment 2 is ready to move, right? But AKS Rose 4 is cheaper per sqft, even though it's under construction. I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily check quality. Which one has better rental potential in Noida? Should I risk the construction delay for AKS?
Since January I've been seriously looking at upgrading from my current 2BHK in Sector 75. Been checking out AKS Rose 4 in Greater Noida and Aashi Modern Apartment 2. Honestly not sure if the price jump is worth it. AKS Rose 4 looks good, prices are between ₹41-59L, but it's still under construction. Is it really worth the risk of delays? Already have a home loan running, can't afford more EMI headaches! Aashi Modern Apartment 2 is ready to move, and cheaper (₹20.99-43.59L). But the carpet area seems smaller. Is it just me, or is AKS selling mostly air? Also, anyone living in Aashi Modern Apartment 2? What's the maintenance like? I'm so confused, need some advice!
I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily visit sites. Aashi Modern Apartment 2 looks good, but honestly, under-construction is risky. Sampada Shramdeep Apartments being ready to move reduces that risk significantly. What are your thoughts on actual carpet area vs advertised in Aashi? Need a property manager too.
Since last year I'm trying to buy a flat. Aashi Modern Apartment 2 looks ready to move, but expensive. Earth Towne is cheaper, but under construction... risk hai. My parents keep saying carpet area dekh. Which gives more space for the price? Honestly not sure how much difference it makes.
