Maine bhi Achchheja mein ek project mein invest kiya tha jo 'upcoming' bolke 2 saal ka possession bola tha. Aaj 4 saal ho gaye hain, abhi tak sirf structure hi khada hai. Ghaziabad mein aise bahut cases hain. Aashiyana Upvan mein toh RERA bhi nahi hai, toh recovery ke chances aur kam ho jaate hain agar delay hua toh. Bohot soch samajh kar decision lena, bhai.
