Aask Amor Homes: Is the upgrade worth the real-world utility?
Under-construction projects in Noida Extension always feel like a gamble, especially with the current market. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 10 and it's getting cramped, honestly. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa if the budget stretches. Aask Amor Homes popped up, and the price point for a new 3BHK seems attractive, around ₹50L. But I'm really skeptical about the amenities they promise. Is the clubhouse actually usable, ya know? Will the kids' play area be more than just a swing set? I've seen brochures with amazing facilities that turn out to be nothing special post-possession. Also, what about schools and daily market access around there? I don't want to drive 30 mins for basic groceries. Is this place genuinely good for daily living or just good on paper? Already have a home loan, so the EMI won't be a huge jump if it's worth it.

Bhai, Aask Amor Homes ki brochure dekh ke toh sab accha lagta hai. But Noida Extension mein aise projects ka track record theek nahi hai. 50L mein 3BHK sounds tempting, but what about the actual amenities? Kids' play area, clubhouse, ye sab sirf paper pe na ho. Aur schools, market ka kya scene hai? Daily commute ke liye 30 min drive toh bahut zyada hai.
