Aask Homes 03: are amenities actually useful?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Aask Homes 03. It's completed, which is a relief. For those living there, are the amenities actually functional and useful? Also, how's the neighbourhood vibe and school access? My parents keep saying check these things. Is it genuinely a good home for daily life at ₹55-85L?

Aask Homes 03? Wow, budget sounds good. ₹55-85L is what I'm also targeting. But are the amenities really worth paying for? My biggest fear is paying for a fancy gym or pool that's never maintained. And what about school access? My kid starts next year, so this is crucial.

Totally agree! Maintenance is key. Paying for unused facilities is a waste.
