Aask Homes 04: Kids' play area worries and water reality

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Ghaziabad, mainly Aask Homes 04 for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a safe, usable children's play area. Visited the site, but not sure how the promised facilities like proper water supply or the kids' zone actually hold up post-possession. What's the real situation there?

Bhai, Aask Homes 04 ka toh naam sunte hi tension ho jaati hai. Water supply ka issue toh Ghaziabad mein common hai, but inka track record kuch khaas nahi suna maine. Kids' play area ki promises toh sab karte hain, but actual maintenance after possession is the real test. Kabhi-kabhi toh sirf naam ke liye bana dete hain.

Totally agree U1! Builders sirf brochures mein dikhate hain, reality kuch aur hoti hai.
