₹6000 per sqft for Aask Homes 04, but are builders actually delivering on quality? I'm looking at it for investment, and construction quality directly hits resale and tenant attraction. Promised amenities like the clubhouse often end up as ghost facilities. Off the record, how bad is the seepage and fitting issue after a year? Maintenance charges high, service low, that's a common story. Is it worth paying premium for amenities that barely get used? Need honest feedback from existing owners. Kya ROI justify hoga?

I'm an existing owner in Aask Homes 02,
₹6000 per sqft for Aask Homes 04? That's a huge amount for a project with such a shaky reputation. Budget-conscious buyers like us need more assurance.
Bhai, this is exactly what I've been hearing about Aask Homes 04! My friend almost booked there in Ahinsa Khand II, but pulled out last minute because of all the quality complaints. ₹6000/sqft is a lot to pay for something that might start leaking after the first monsoon. The amenities trap is real; they show you a fancy clubhouse in brochures but it's just a concrete shell for years. ROI ka toh sochna hi mushkil ho jaata hai jab basic quality hi compromise ho.
Totally agree with you! My uncle faced similar issues with an Aask project near Afzalpur a few years back. They promised a swanky gym and pool, but the pool was never operational and the gym had broken equipment within months. It's a recurring pattern with them. Builders just don't care once the property is sold.
