Bhai, amenities toh har project mein dikhate hain. Most of the time, they are just for show during site visits. After a year, half of them are either poorly maintained or not even fully functional. Especially the more niche ones, unka usage bahut kam hota hai. Budget dekh ke chal, itne bade maintenance charges baad mein headache ban jaate hain.
