Aask Homes 94: Is it genuinely good to live in?

My parents keep saying I should buy something completed, so I'm looking seriously at Aask Homes 94. The price range (₹55L-₹68L) fits my budget, and it being ready-to-move is a huge relief after hearing so many delay horror stories. I did a site visit, and it seems decent on paper, but I'm honestly not sure about the actual daily life there. Is it genuinely a good home, or just looks good in the brochure? I'm a first-time buyer and a bit nervous. What's the society and community vibe like? Is it friendly, or does it feel isolated? Also, how are the amenities? Are they actually functional and well-maintained, like the gym or common areas? Any thoughts on the immediate neighbourhood for daily needs like markets or schools? Any past residents or current owners share their experience? I'm trying to figure out if it's truly livable.
