Aask Homes 94: My investor concerns on appreciation

Just finished looking into Aask Homes 94, it's completed now and prices are around ₹55-68L. I'm trying to figure out the actual capital appreciation since its launch. Anyone know what the early bird prices were? Also, what's the real rental yield folks are getting here? I've seen this pattern before, high investor ratios can really impact future appreciation. Is Aask Homes 94 turning into one of those 'ghost' societies? What's the secondary market like for a project like this? Who's typically buying in resale? Trying to calculate a reasonable exit strategy for 5 years down the line, so liquidity is key.
