Ready-to-move projects in Ghaziabad are safer than under-construction, for sure. Kids have moved out, so I'm looking at Aask Homes 99. Don't need such a big place anymore; want something manageable. But is it genuinely good for daily living? Amenities ka kya scene hai, especially common areas and lifts? Aur maintenance charges, kitne lagte hain monthly? Also, hospitals kitne paas hain? Resale property se fund kar raha hu, so need something stress-free. Any resident experiences?

Daily living experience ke liye connectivity bahut important hai. Aask Homes 99 ki exact location kya hai? Agar main road se door hai, toh commute aur emergency mein problem ho sakti hai. Especially hospitals ke liye. Maintenance charges ke liye builder se written mein lo, otherwise baad mein bahut surprise bills aate hain.
Maintenance charges written mein lena toh best advice hai! Meri society mein pehle ₹1500 bolke ab ₹3500 kar diye hain. Aask Homes 99 mein total units 10 hain, toh per-unit share of expenses bahut high hoga. Is it even worth the ₹29-46 L price tag if basic upkeep is a struggle?
Exact location is near Afzalpur, I think. Par wahan toh abhi bhi development chal raha hai. Hospitals toh hain paas mein, but agar society hi theek nahi hai, toh kya fayda? Lifts agar regular break hoti hain toh senior citizens ke liye nightmare hai. Maintenance charges toh ₹2000-3000 monthly minimum expect karo, agar amenities hain toh aur zyada.

Aask Homes 99 ke aas-paas ke development plans bhi check kar lo. Koi big infrastructure project toh nahi aane wala jo life disturb kare?
Maine bhi suna hai Aask Homes 99 ke baare mein. Ek friend ne inquiry ki thi. Unko bhi 2026 ki possession date batai thi, even though website pe 'completed' likha hai. Yeh toh scam jaisa lag raha hai. Lifts aur common areas ka bhi doubt hai, 10 units mein kya hi maintain karenge. Kahin baad mein residents ko hi sab handle na karna pade.
Small units ka price ₹29 L – ₹46 L range mein hai. Ghaziabad ke current market conditions dekho toh, this seems a bit on the higher side for a project with no RERA and a confusing possession status. Kya pata yeh builder pehle bhi projects delay kar chuka ho? Meri toh advice hai, do proper due diligence. Hospitals ka toh mujhe pata nahi, but amenities ke naam pe sirf promises milte hain aksar.
