My next investment is on my mind, and I'm seriously considering Aask Homes 99 in Ghaziabad. I work in real estate, so I see through the usual sales talk, but for my own money, I need ground reality. Since it's completed, what's the actual resale market like? Is it liquid? Aur capital appreciation kitna expect kar sakte hain? What's the price trend been like post-possession? I'm looking for solid long-term returns, so any insights on exit strategy and real rental yields would be super helpful. Kya lagta hai, is it still a good bet?

Aur RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' likha hai. Ghaziabad mein toh ab sab projects RERA registered hote hain, especially agar completed hai. Kya yeh chhota project hai ya koi issue hai isme? Is it even safe to invest without RERA?
RERA ke bina toh bilkul mat socho. Mera ek relative ka paisa doob gaya tha
Bhai, thoda confusion ho raha hai. Aap bol rahe ho 'completed' hai, but data mein iska possession date 2026-05-05 dikha raha hai. Yeh kaise possible hai? Builder ne project complete kar diya but possession abhi itna time hai?
Ho sakta hai construction complete ho gaya ho, but finishing ya clearances pending ho. Par 2026 tak ka wait karna, woh bhi jab bol rahe hain 'completed', thoda ajeeb hai. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon, aise projects se darr lagta hai.
Exactly! Meri bhi yahi tension hai. Completed bol ke 2026 possession, yeh toh pura scam lag raha hai. Kya matlab hua phir 'completed' ka?
