Aask Homes 99: Is it truly family-friendly?
Aask Homes 99 is massively overrated for families, I'm just gonna say it. Everyone glorifies 'completed' projects, but is it *actually* good for daily living with kids? My wife's main concern is school admission and if the neighbourhood around Aask is genuinely safe for children playing outside. Are there good schools and hospitals really close, or is everything a long drive? I'm looking to upgrade to a 3BHK for my growing family, and the price point seems okay, but I'm honestly not sure about the community vibe. Is it friendly, or do people just keep to themselves? We need a proper home, not just a flat on paper. What about noise levels? Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, I completely agree with the original post. 'Completed' bolte hain, but possession date toh 2026-05-05 dikha raha hai! Ye kaisa completed project hai? Aur RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable'? Bhai, ye toh red flag hai for sure. My agent was pushing Aask Homes 99, saying it’s a steal for a 3BHK in this range, but I got suspicious when he couldn't answer about the RERA. For a family, transparency is everything. How can you trust a builder with your life savings if they're not even RERA
