India's First Real Estate Community

Is Aastha Greens genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? I'm seriously done with renting, my landlord just hiked rent *again*, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Aastha Greens, the price feels okay for a completed project, but I'm really worried about the actual experience. Brochure amenities always look fantastic, right? But are they actually useful day-to-day? Is the gym equipment maintained, or is it just for show? And the clubhouse – does it have a real community vibe, or is it mostly empty? Also, what are the actual maintenance charges like? I've heard too many stories about societies having crazy hidden costs after moving in. Don't want to get stuck with a huge bill every month after EMI. Any current residents can shed some light on the real livability and society feel? Don't want to regret this big decision.
Visited Aastha Greens last weekend for investment research. Builder ne high rental yield dikhaye the, but real picture different hai. Jo log wahan invest kar chuke hain, unka kya experience hai? Meri calculations se ROI expected nahi aa raha. Resale market kitna liquid hai? Honestly, I'm doubting if it's easy to exit with good returns. Anyone else facing issues with rental yield or resale price here?
Aastha Greens in Noida Extension — my wife and I are seriously considering this project. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something manageable, not too much upkeep. We visited a few times, seems decent. But is it genuinely good to live in day-to-day? What's the actual maintenance cost like monthly? And for us, hospital proximity is key. Is the community friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Just want a peaceful, easy place to settle down.
