AB Crimson Villa

Since our second child arrived, we've been seriously looking for a bigger flat, maybe a 3BHK, in Noida Extension. AB Crimson Villa (completed project) looks interesting, price range bhi theek lag raha hai. But I'm honestly wondering if it's genuinely good for daily family life, ya bas paper pe acha hai? Schools nearby kaise hain, aur bachchon ke liye safe environment hai kya? Society ka feel kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Any residents here, please share your experience. My wife's priority is a good community for the kids.
