Exactly! Mujhe bhi laga tha 'sasta' mil raha hai, but booking ke baad pata chala parking charges, EDC/IDC, electrification charges, sab alag se lagte hain. Builder ne pehle bataya hi nahi. My mistake for not asking for a detailed breakup.
