Abdul Fazal Apartment: Good for families or just paper?

Since last Diwali I've been thinking about upgrading from my current 2BHK. Abdul Fazal Apartment keeps popping up, and it's completed, which is a plus. But is it genuinely good for daily living? I'm curious about the amenity reality check — are they well-maintained and actually useful? Also, how's the neighborhood quality for schools and daily needs? Wondering if the price jump for a 3BHK here is truly justified for an end-user.
