Abdul Fazal layouts are just not efficient enough — change my mind.

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Abdul Fazal Apartment feels steep when you consider the actual usable space. Everyone talks about its great location for school admissions, but nobody mentions how inefficient some of those layouts are. My wife's priority is a genuinely spacious home, not just a high-sounding carpet area on paper. Are the older, completed flats there really that much better for family living, or are we just paying for the address? I'm worried about noise too. Tell me I'm wrong about the layouts. Change my mind.
