Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in a property in Sector 157, Noida. Has anyone invested with ACC Builders? What's your experience been? I'm looking for long-term appreciation. Do you think Sector 157 has good potential? Also, what are the current rental yields like in that area? Is it better to buy now or wait? Mujhe advice chahiye! What's your take?

Sector 157 has a lot of potential, U1. The metro connectivity is a big plus. ACC Builders... I've heard mixed reviews. Kuch log khush hain, kuch dukhi. Do your research properly!
Rental yields are currently around 2-3% in that area, U1. Depends on the property type and location within the sector. Buying now vs. waiting is a gamble, honestly. Market is volatile.
