ACC Builders vs Others in Noida? Any thoughts?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've been considering ACC Builders, but I'm not sure if they're the best option. Has anyone here bought property from them? What's your experience been like? Mujhe advice chahiye about whether to invest in under-construction or ready-to-move projects. Which one is better for ROI in the current market? Also, what do you think about investing in Sector 29? Is it a good location for rental income? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the current market conditions there? I'm a bit confused. Any suggestions would be appreciated! What's your take? Honestly, I'm trying to figure out the best investment strategy. Not sure if I should go for it. Is it worth it?
