ACC Homes residents: What's daily life really like?
Renting feels like throwing money away, honestly. My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally looking to buy. ACC Homes has been on my radar, it's completed and the price range fits my budget (around 45L for a 2BHK). But is it actually good for daily living? I'm worried about the real community vibe there. Like, are the neighbors friendly, or is everyone just isolated? Also, how's the immediate neighborhood for daily needs? Are good schools and hospitals really close? Not sure if it's just good on paper or genuinely a nice place to raise a family. Any current residents here?

Dekho, ACC Homes is a decent option if you're getting it closer to the 40-42L mark for a 2BHK, considering it's a completed project from 2019. The market in Greater Noida, especially around Ajayabpur and Alpha I, has seen some appreciation but nothing crazy. For daily life, it's functional, not luxurious. The community is what you make of it; don't expect a lot of organized events, but people are generally civil. If your priority is a ready-to-move place within budget and you're okay with a self-sufficient lifestyle, it works. But for a really vibrant community or top-notch amenities, you might need to stretch your budget or look at newer projects with higher maintenance.
I checked ACC Homes too. They have 84 units, which is a manageable size. But I'm concerned about hidden costs. Does anyone know about the society's monthly maintenance charges? And is there enough green space or kids' play area? My kids need space to run around.
Water supply ka koi issue hai kya? And how about electricity backup? Noida mein cuts ho jaate hain.
Schools like DPS and hospitals like Kailash are actually quite close, within 15-20 min drive from ACC Homes. So not marketing fluff. There's a decent park inside the society, and a small play area, but for larger green spaces, you might need to go to the bigger parks in Alpha II.
My cousin lives there. He got his 2BHK for around 42L in 2020. The possession was indeed given in March 2019 as per RERA, but he said there were some finishing issues initially. Daily needs wise, there are small shops nearby, but for bigger groceries or mall trips, you need to drive a bit. Schools like Apeejay and DPS are accessible, but expect a 15-20 min drive minimum. Hospitals like Kailash are also in that range.
Schools and hospitals ka kya scene hai? Listing mein toh paas mein dikha rahe hain. Is that true or just marketing fluff?
Maintenance thoda high hai compared to other societies in Alpha I. Aur parking ka bhi issue rehta hai sometimes, especially for visitors. But security achi hai, no complaints there. Water supply is generally consistent, though.
Koi maintenance issues bhi hain kya wahan? Like water supply or electricity cuts?
Same pinch! Rent increases are insane. I also saw ACC Homes, the 24L to 54L range is wide, so 45L for a 2BHK seems like middle ground. I'm also worried about the community part, don't want to live in a ghost town.

Location is okay, near Alpha II Greater Noida. But check the actual possession date, builder ne bahut delay kiya tha. My friend got possession in 2019, but woh bhi late tha. Neighbors are generally fine, mix crowd hai, but not overly social, more like everyone keeps to themselves.
Totally agree, rent badh gaya hai. But ACC Homes ka location theek hai, right? I heard it's near some upcoming commercial zones.
Bhai, 45L for a 2BHK in a project completed in 2019 sounds a bit steep for that area. Have you checked other options?
