Hey, I also saw that Whitehat Realty video! Ace Divino does look quite good, especially the amenities. My friend's cousin lives near Alpha II and said Greater Noida West is developing fast. Price range is a bit high for a first-time buyer like me though, starting at 1 Cr. Is it really worth that much?
