ACE Estate (Yamuna Expy): Builder Credibility?

Found an interesting video about ACE Estate on Yamuna Expressway. It shows the project near Jewar Airport and Film City. Builder is ACE Group India. I'm checking their past record. Has anyone here bought from ACE Group before? Kya unki construction quality theek hoti hai aur possession delays ka kya scene hai? Want to know if they're reliable for such a big investment.
