ACE Hanei: Gr Noida West connectivity real?
Saw this video about ACE Hanei in Gr Noida West. It highlights excellent connectivity to Noida/Delhi NCR, plus schools and hospitals nearby. They also show a high-end clubhouse, gym, and sports facilities. I'm wondering if these claims about infrastructure and amenities are actually true on the ground. Does anyone here live nearby or know Sector 12 well? What's the real deal with connectivity, especially during peak hours, and how are the existing amenities holding up?

Saw the video about ACE Hanei. Connectivity to Delhi/Noida sounds too good to be true, especially during peak hours. Anyone actually commute from Sector 12, Gr Noida West? Is it really as smooth as they claim?
Totally agree. Peak hours mein toh anywhere in Gr Noida West is a nightmare. Ajayabpur se bhi traffic hota hai. You'd spend a good chunk of your day stuck on the roads.
