Yaar, I saw that video too for Ace Medalleo 107. Looks too good to be true, right? Modern clubhouse, landscaped greens... sab dikhaate hain. But what about the actual construction quality and possession timelines? ACE Group ka track record Noida mein mixed reviews wala hai. I'm especially worried about the connectivity claims for Sector 107. Is metro access really smooth, ya phir bus highway pe hi reh jaoge?
