Came across a video about Ace Medalleo in Noida 107. Looks like decent 3 & 4 BHK luxury residences from ACE Group, with pre-launch around ₹16,995/sq. ft. I'm trying to get a feel for the builder's track record before considering it. Has anyone here bought from ACE Group before? How was their construction quality and delivery time? Really keen to hear real experiences.

Yaar, ye Ace Medalleo ka ad dekha maine bhi. Location Noida 107 theek hai, but ₹16,995/sq. ft pre-launch for ACE Group? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Plus, ACE ka reputation mixed reviews wala hai. Construction quality ka kya scene hai inka? Mera ek friend Alpha II Greater Noida mein dekh raha tha, usne bhi ACE ke projects ke baare mein suna tha, but not all good things.

Bhai, ACE Group ka track record Noida mein thoda upar-neeche raha hai. Mere cousin ne ACE Golfshire mein liya tha, possession mein 1.5 saal ka delay hua tha. Quality was decent, but finishing mein issues the. Unka customer service bhi average hi tha. Ab Medalleo mein itna high price point pe, I'd be very careful. Check RERA filings thoroughly for their past projects, especially the ones completed in the last 3-4 years.
Exactly! Price sunke toh mera budget hil gaya. Ace ka toh naam hi suna hai, experience nahi.
