I totally agree with the skepticism. I made a mistake booking in a project near Alistonia Estate a few years back, based on similar 'luxury connectivity' claims. Ended up waiting 5 years for possession, and the promised amenities are still nowhere close. Builders just want to sell. ACE ka bhi same funda ho sakta hai, especially with projects so far out.
