Hey everyone, saw this video tour of an Ace Parkway penthouse in Sector 150, Noida. Looks pretty swanky! Anyone have insights on living there? Is ACE Group a good builder? My budget is around that range, so curious if it's actually worth the price. What's your take?

It's crucial to check the actual unit, not just the video tour. Go there, inspect everything, talk to residents if possible, and negotiate hard on the price.

Maintenance for a penthouse in Sector 150 can easily be ₹10,000-₹15,000 per month, depending on amenities like club, pool, gym. For Ace Parkway specifically, I heard it's around ₹3.5-₹4 per sqft, so for a large penthouse, it will be on the higher side.

Thankfully, I pulled out just in time. Ace Group ka bhi sunn ke lagta hai, be extra careful. Mere cousin ko bhi Ace ke ek aur project mein quality issues face karne pade the after possession. They don't always deliver on promises.

But 970 units hain total, toh society mein population bhi kaafi hogi. Current market conditions in Noida are also a bit tricky, properties hain but finding the right price and a genuine deal is tough.
