Was checking out a video on ACE Starlit Sector 152 Noida. The ready-to-move 2/3BHKs looked pretty good, and the connectivity to Noida Expressway and upcoming Metro sounds promising. Amenities like the clubhouse and gym also caught my eye. I'm seriously considering it for a personal buy, but you know how these videos can be. Anyone here actually living there or familiar with the project? What's the real vibe like? Any pros/cons I should know about before making a decision? Would love honest opinions.

Ready to move? Bhai, their RERA UPRERAPRJ677294 clearly shows possession date as 2025-04-30. Video toh marketing gimmick lag raha hai. Be careful!
Exactly! 'Ready-to-move' ka matlab kya hai inke liye? My agent also showed me a similar video, but then admitted it's not ready. It's misleading for first-time buyers.
