Mujhe aap logon ki rai chahiye Ace Yamuna Plot ke baare mein. Ek video dekha jismein Noida ke upcoming projects discuss ho rahe the, aur Ace Yamuna Plot bhi mention tha. Plot prices wahan kaafi high lag rahe hain, not sure if it's better than other areas like Greater Noida West or even some sectors in Noida itself. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai iska ROI acha hoga compared to established options? Ya phir koi better alternative hai?

ROI ka kya guarantee? Log keh rahe hain Yamuna Expressway future hai, but itna risk lena sahi hai kya jab budget itna tight ho aur ye builder ka koi track record bhi na ho? Bahut confusion hai.
