₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Achchheja from Magic Homes feels really high. My wife's priority is a safe area for the kids' school. Is this price justified? With stamp duty and registration, the all-in cost is crazy. Are there any chances of price correction in Ghaziabad soon? What's the community's honest opinion?

Yaar, ye Achchheja mein Magic Homes ka 3BHK ₹78 lakh mein, seriously? Mera toh budget hi hil gaya sunke. Meri wife ko kids ke school ke liye safe area chahiye, aur Achchheja theek lag raha tha, but is price pe toh dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. Stamp duty aur registration milake toh all-in cost astronomical ho jaayegi. Sach mein, kya ye price justified hai? Ghaziabad mein price correction ke chances hain kya, ya aur badhega?
