Action Microtek Grandfront floor plans: Just a paper premium?
Been looking at 3BHKs for ages now, and Action Microtek Grandfront keeps popping up. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading. Already have a home loan, so this jump needs to be justified. My main concern is the actual carpet area and layout efficiency. Builders often show great plans, but real-world space feel aur utility kitni hai? Is the layout actually practical for a family, ya fir just a premium on paper? Also, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly neighbours milte hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Noise levels ka kya scene hai considering its location? What's your take, especially on the floor plans for the 3BHKs?
