Everyone talks about the amenities but nobody discusses if they're actually usable. Action Microtek Grandfront mein clubhouse aur sports facilities ka kya scene hai? Mostly khaali rehta hai ya log use karte hain? Maintenance charges toh high honge, but service quality kaisi hai? Worth it hai ya just for show?

Totally agree with the OP! Amenities dikhane ke liye hote hain, use ke liye nahi. Same doubt for Grandfront. Kahin sirf brochure mein hi na reh jaaye sab.
