Actual all-in cost for a 3BHK in Bengaluru?
Kya koi actual all-in cost bata sakta hai for a 3BHK in Bengaluru? We were so close to finalizing a Prestige project in HSR Layout. Base price was okay, around ₹1.8 Cr for a decent 3BHK. But then they started adding all these 'extra' charges – PLC, floor rise, parking, then some weird club membership fee, and 'infrastructure development charges'. Literally added another ₹30 lakhs! My wife is so upset, we thought we had our budget sorted. Yeh hidden charges toh bilkul unexpected the. How do you even factor this in? Is there any way to negotiate these, ya toh builders ka standard practice hai? We need a safe area for the kids, but this pricing game is just too much stress. Anyone else faced this with Prestige or other big builders? What did you do?
