Actual carpet area in new projects is always a joke

Finally got possession of Blessings The Brook in March, aur honestly, thodi mixed feelings hain. Project delivery time pe toh ho gaya, which is a big relief. But carpet area ko lekar thoda doubt hai, brochure mein kuch aur tha aur actual mein thoda kam lag raha hai. Builder ne bola tha ki sab clear hai, but abhi bhi thoda odd lagta hai. Yeh difference normal hai kya? Society ka vibe theek hai, log friendly hain, but noise level unexpected hai. Especially subah aur shaam ko, nearby construction ki awaz ya traffic ka shor kaafi aata hai. Not sure if it's just my tower ya poore project mein yahi haal hai. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf weekend pe shanti milti hai? What's your first-hand experience after moving in?
