Actual cost vs advertised rate shocker in Greater Noida
Visited Aims Golf Avenue 2 last weekend. The advertised price per sqft is one thing, but then they hit you with PLC, club membership, IFMS... My parents keep saying to check everything. Panchsheel Hynish Phase 3 is completed, which feels safer than Aims being under-construction, but I'm worried about resale later. Is the *actual* total cost always this much higher initially? Honestly not sure how to compare these. Anyone faced this with these projects?

Totally relate! Builders show one price, then add so many hidden costs. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us. Same happened to me in Alpha II, Greater Noida.
