Brochure mein toh bade numbers dikhate hain for rental, but market mein *actually* kya milta hai? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily, which is a major headache. Iska resale market kitna liquid hai, yaar? Matlab, agar 5 saal baad exit karna ho, will I find a buyer easily at a decent appreciation? Honestly, I'm worried about getting a reliable property manager aur legal clarity for everything since I can't be there. Kisi ko experience hai with its capital appreciation post-completion? Yaar, power of attorney se sab manage ho jayega kya? What's the investor ratio there? Don't want a ghost society.
