Adani Hayatpur pre-launch: Is it a real deal?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurugram. Pre-launch pricing for Adani Realty's Hayatpur project looks tempting. They promise big discounts. Is this 'early-bird' price actually worth the risk and waiting, ya final launch pe bhi same deals mil jaati hain?
