Adani Lushlands: Luxury living ya just fancy marketing?

Since last Diwali, I've been looking at properties, and Adani Lushlands keeps popping up. Everyone glorifies these ultra-luxury projects for their amenities and 'exclusive' living, but honestly, I think it's mostly marketing hype. For ₹8 Cr+ for a first home, I want real livability, not just a fancy clubhouse I'll use twice a year. My parents keep saying these places feel isolated, not like a proper community. Are the amenities *actually* useful daily, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Does anyone genuinely live there and feel it’s worth the insane price tag, especially considering daily needs like schools or nearby markets in Gurugram? I mean, is the community vibe friendly or just formal? Change my mind.
