Okay I'll be honest — working in real estate doesn't make buying for myself any less stressful. I'm looking at Adani Lushlands, the ₹8.15 Cr to ₹21.77 Cr range. On paper, it looks great, but is the daily living experience genuinely good? Kya neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets easily accessible hain? For those who got possession, did you find any hidden issues or surprises after moving in? Builders ki marketing aur reality mein kitna fark hai, batao please. Your honest feedback is super important.

Yeah, possession is one thing. But U1, you asked about
Exactly, U2! My cousin booked in a similar project near Badshahpur a few years back. They promised possession by 2026, but now it's delayed till 2028. For Lushlands, the RERA number GGM/837/569/2024/64 is there, but will they stick to the 2029-03-31 possession date? That's almost 5 years away, so much can change in the real estate market.
OMG, 3 years delay? That's scary. My entire financial planning depends on that date. I was hoping to move in by then.
Sahi baat hai, U3. My friend bought in a project that got delayed by 3 years. Builder just kept giving excuses, saying material costs increased. That 2029-03-31 date is just a target, not a guarantee in this market.
U3, RERA number GGM/837/569/2024/64 is correct, I verified it on the portal. But as for sticking to 2029-03-31, that's the big question mark. Builders often use the RERA date as a baseline, but ground reality can be very different, especially for such large-scale projects.
Brochure promises are always 10x better than reality. Builder pe trust karna mushkil hai aajkal. I've heard too many stories.
Adani Lushlands sounds so good on paper, but ₹8.15 Cr to ₹21.77 Cr is a huge jump. Is the premium really justified for the daily life experience? Nervous about such a big investment, especially since it's my first home.
