Adani Marq ya Ganga Valley, Gurugram mein kaunsa better?
₹2.25 Cr se ₹5.35 Cr ki range mein do projects dekh raha hoon, Adani The Marq aur Ganga Valley Floors. Both are upcoming, not sure which one makes more sense for a first property. Adani ka price range kaafi high hai, but location thodi better lag rahi. Ganga Valley floors mein delivery risk ka tension hai, suna hai upcoming projects mein delays bahut hote hain. For a 5-year appreciation, which one do you guys think has more potential? I'm worried about the total cost of ownership too, especially with all the hidden charges. Kya Adani ka premium justified hai for the future? Or should I consider Ganga Valley for slightly less initial outflow? Honestly not sure about the possession timelines for both, that's a big concern. Has anyone invested in either? Your experience would really help.

Bhai, Adani ka naam sunke hi budget hil jaata hai. But the location advantage is real, especially if it's near the new sectors. Ganga Valley ka RERA date 2028-12-01 hai, that's quite far for an upcoming project. What if it gets delayed further? Total cost of ownership for Adani will be killer though.
