Adani Oyster Grande: Is it more status than substance?

Okay I'll say what no one says – Adani Oyster Grande Tower G mein just moved in last month, aur itna hype tha. Honestly, it's not all rainbows. Log bolte hain bade amenities hain, but clubhouse ka pool bas showpiece lagta hai, kaun use karta hai daily? Gym theek hai, but always crowded. Daily life mein, community vibe thodi isolated lagti hai, pata nahi kyon. Carpet area efficiency bhi utni impressive nahi lagi, especially for the price. Everyone glorifies the brand but nobody talks about actual daily livability. Is it just me, ya baaki residents ko bhi aisa lagta hai ki it's more about status than substance? Change my mind.
