Okay, I'll be honest — this upgrade process is way more complex than I thought. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of Adani Oyster Greens Phase 1 for a 3BHK or villa. Investor perspective se dekh raha hoon. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, especially for ongoing projects? Time pe possession milta hai kya? Capital appreciation potential kitna hai for the next 5-7 years? Aur ismein investor ratio kitna hai vs end-users? Ghost society ka issue toh nahi hoga? Long-term wealth creation ke liye sahi hai ya just for rental yield? Any first-hand experiences?

Bhai, Adani Oyster Greens ka naam sunke toh lagta hai premium project hoga. Lekin 2BHK se 3BHK/villa upgrade karna, aur woh bhi Adani se, thoda risky lag raha hai. Price range ₹66 L – ₹57.8 Cr dikha raha hai, itne high price range mein Adani ke paas kya special hai jo baaki builders nahi de rahe? Kahin sirf brand value ka premium toh nahi hai?
