Adani Realty Sohna Road: Is the 'all-in' cost ever honest?

Kids have moved out, selling our big house and now need something smaller near Sohna Road. Everyone glorifies the base price for Adani Realty projects, but nobody talks about the *real* all-in cost. Maintenance, OC, PLC, IFMS – yeh sab kab batate hain? Builder log jaan boojh ke chhupate hain, I swear. Change my mind.
