Gurugram mein market abhi waise bhi thoda overheated lag raha hai, especially for luxury projects. Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe bhi prices rocket high hain. Investors are looking at these projects, not typical first-time buyers. For this budget, people are even considering plots in areas like Baliawas or Baharampur Naya, or looking at resale options. New projects like Arya are for a very niche segment, and the appreciation might not be as quick for a common buyer compared to other segments.
Dekho, video mein jo dikhate hain woh ek baat hai, aur reality dusri. Adani Samsara Arya is definitely a high-end project, price range is ₹7.2 Cr – ₹9.3 Cr. Possession date is set for 2026-12-01. And the RERA number is GGM/647/379/2022/122 DATED 20.12.2022. So, it's legit, but the price point clearly tells you the target audience isn't the general first-time buyer. Don't get swayed by the 'opulent interiors' too much without checking your financial standing.
Adani ka track record mixed hai. My cousin booked a flat with them near Badshahpur a few years ago. Initially, they promised a certain possession date, but then there were delays, nothing major like 2-3 years, but still frustrating for a first-time buyer who plans everything. Always factor in some buffer for possession dates, even with big builders. The RERA helps, but execution is key.

Exactly! Yeh 'Arya' wala project Adani ka high-end hai. Samsara Vilasa bhi expensive tha. I don't think this is for first-time buyers with a tight budget. Total units bhi toh sirf 21 hain, matlab exclusivity hai, so price will be premium.
