Adani Tatva Estates 99A: Good long-term investment?

Just watched a video covering plots on Dwarka Expressway, and Adani Tatva Estates in Sector 99A caught my eye. The video mentioned prices starting around 1.65L/sqyd. I'm looking at it purely from an investment perspective, hoping for good appreciation and maybe some rental yield down the line. Given the growth around Dwarka Expressway, does that pricing seem reasonable for long-term ROI? Not sure if Sector 99A has the best growth potential compared to others. What's your take?

Yaar, Adani Tatva Estates 99A sunke toh accha lag raha hai, especially Dwarka Expressway ke paas. But 1.65L/sqyd for a plot in 99A? Thoda high nahi lag raha? Investment ke liye sahi hai kya iss price pe, ya kahin aur dekhna chahiye?

Sahi keh rahe ho, bhai. Price toh sunke hi BP badh gaya. First-time buyer ke liye itna risk lena mushkil hai.
